Topics to be addressed include the required distribution rules, the estate tax and asset protection benefits of leaving retirement benefits in trust, special considerations for trusts for the spouse, coping with the compressed income tax brackets for trusts, state income tax issues, generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and the interplay with the Roth conversion.
