Membership fee payments will not be refunded once applied to a member's account.
Duplicate Payments and Overpayment Refunds
Duplicate payments will be refunded automatically. Overpayments will be credited to the member's account or refunded upon request.
FSP Membership is not transferable.
Additional Costs incurred during the processing of FSP Membership Fees
The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the FSP during the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
Changes in Work Status
No facility exists to reduce membership fees during the current membership period in relation to a transfer, a change in status, or retirement. In all circumstances membership will be charged at the prescribed rates. It is the responsibility of members to notify FSP of any changes to their membership status. In the event that this fails to happen, no refunds will be given.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to FSP Member Services five (5) business days before the date of the event and the refund less a $100 service charge will be issued. No refunds will be given after that date. FSP is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors.
Webinars and Audioconferences
If not satisfied or if you cancel your registration, a credit* will be issued for a future program.
If not satisfied, a credit* will be issued to be used for another item.
If not satisfied, a pro-rated credit* will be issued.
*Note: account credits are valid for one year.
