Maximizing Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness

Program Overview

Millions of small-business owners have received loans through the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) that was established as part of the CARES Act, and now are focused on applying for forgiveness. If you're one of the many financial service professionals who received PPP funds to bridge financial gaps during the economic shutdown—or have clients who did—this webinar will cover the forgiveness process in depth, guide borrowers on how to maximize their loan forgiveness, and make the case for why borrowers should wait to apply for forgiveness.

This webinar will present the most up-to-date information on PPP as of the webinar date.

You will learn:

  • The most current loan forgiveness guidance from the SBA
  • How proposed legislation could impact the forgiveness process
  • Why borrowers should wait to apply for forgiveness
  • How to prepare an application that adheres to compliance guidelines
  • The application review process
  • Key dates and timelines that affect the application
