Planning is important at every stage in life, but can be particularly critical for the final stage. End of life planning involves significant issues. These include wealth transfer, incapacity, making sure legal and financial affairs are in order, providing for the people and causes that we love, and making health care, funeral, and internment arrangements. We will touch on some of the most important of these issues and some of the considerations and information necessary to make informed decisions. This kind of planning can provide peace of mind for the individual and is a wonderful legacy and gift to the family.

This course provides a discussion of basic estate planning issues and then focuses on the importance of proper planning to alleviate common issues that arise.
